Refund policy

Anything that is NOT personalised may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to book a return.

Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receipt with us providing it in in the same condition it was sold in.

Unfortunately, we regret that we cannot accept exchanges or returns on items that are personalised in anyway. To establish if your item is deemed "personalised" if you entered any text into a box on the product page when ordering, this is personalised. 

If your item arrives with a flaw or incorrection personalisation please contact us immediately to allow us to remedy the situation.
